Smart TV problem

I bought a Dixon 50inch smart TV March 2024 today tried switching it on its only sound with no pictures, went to the store they said it's out of warranty I asked to speak to the manager he ddnt want to come c me I went there today 8/08/2025 around 17h30 this is a branch in Atteridgeville I was told bring it in n you will have to pay for it by one of the staff member
