Small issue - big task - Thank you Cash Crusaders for making policies that are not customer friendly at all!!!
I bought a Doogee mobile phone from Cash Crusaders Darros center Kensington not a month ago.. I went there this morning to show them that the battery was swelling up.
Firstly I dont agree to not supporting themobile device you are selling, They informed me i would have to purchase a new battery which they do not carry in stock! but if it important I can buy a battery and they will remove on from another one and they can give it to me. I dont agree again. ( I may be wrong)
Secondly the phone is not even a month old as i have said, if i had bought a second hand phone then yes not to guarantee a battery awesome. but a brand new device, makes no sense to me, but then to make me pay for a new battery and then wanna give me one off the floor also makes absolutely no sense to me at all. I dont want any special treatment, but i think that there is a problem when you selling a device and cant support the battery on site at least is ridiculous, If my phone was not working at all how would i do bussiness for SEVEN day waiting for a ****** battery, and lastly not to take in to consideration the age of the device, the fact that batteries are dangerous swollen and can explode, and that the battery is no putting pressure on my screen and making the functionality difficult!!!
I will accept if i am wrong but i feel that a brand new devices battery should at least fall under the warranty and should be replaceable but the store supporting such and unknown entity as i can not just go and try organise a battery from just anywhere.
Cash crusaders should review this policy in my eyes and consider that smart phones are business tools and can not be without for the sakes of a battery..
Thanks
