Sick and disgusting service from Cash Crusaders Stoneridge

I would say I’m disappointed by the service I am still currently getting at Cash Crusaders Stoneridge, but I am not. I am disgusted. When you take out your money, you at least expect to get good service. I bought a preowned washing machine, firstly when I got there it was just sitting and not wrapped. When I asked for a delivery service they called their own personal person who changed me an arm and a leg. I got my own transport, when I got home the machine is filthy, has spider webs and the pipe that goes to the tap is cut in half. I used it and it doesn’t spin at all. I informed them, they organised one of their technicians who did not pitch up, told me he was waiting for traffic cops to go but eventually he ended up ignoring me. So now the store also ignores me on their WhatsApp line, I have been waiting for their manager to contact me but it’s been a month now. A lady I spoke to, Sandra, only tries to assist if my brother calls in but eventually ended up ignoring ME as well. They refuse to give me a refund, they say I must exchange. I’m furious and disgusted at them. I don’t want to exchange I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
