Shady branding and 6mths "Repair" warranties my backside...

Cash crusaders Plumbstead: So I went in to get a controller for my Xbox 1 ( since no-one has stock, everyone is on the Xbox series S these days) . After chatting to the sales staff I was suggested a cheap one and it was returned the next day due to being garbage... Same story for the next controller... Got tired of this nonsense and just got the Xbox 1 controller ( NEW - Apart from being cheap packaging. Its an exact copy of the Microsoft controller even though its Dixon: even states "hello from Seattle" like a real controller does. R999 by the way. so not cheap )... This was on the 29th of Sept. On the 11th of Nov it was already broken ( no more than 10 hours of play time ) - 4 dead buttons. Got it back from "repair" 27 Nov 2021... didn't have to sign anything, they didn't even check my name or ask for the repair doc even though I asked them to check that the details are correct because "my" controller was in ********** condition after the repair... super dirty, scuff marks, scratches. Got home and tested the controller... 2 dead buttons. Checked the repair docs - the serial numbers don't match. So the staff are just handing back random repair items, nothing is tested by the repair center. My problem is the time this is taking to just get a damn controller so I can actually play a game for a few mins a week. At this stage I don't want this item fixed or replaced. I want my money back so that I can go find a controller at an inflated price elsewhere..
