I am absolutely disgusted with the service from Cash Crusaders Doringkloof Centurion. I bought a washing machine on Friday and I was assisted by a guy called Lucky. I tried using the machine on Friday evening and it didn’t work, I informed Lucky and he sent a technician on Saturday. He came on Saturday late and he said the machine needs to come back because the computer box is not working. He informed them that they need to fetch the machine and today is Monday. They refuse to fetch the machine, they refuse to pay for the transport. Absolutely appalling service, how can I buy a machine which is still u see warranty and has not worked in a day I still have to pay for transport. I am going to go public with this review so others can know what **** service you have!!!
