Your store in Westgate mall is pathetic !!! When it comes to customers service for starters 1 .they dont great . 2.no one knows their products they stock 3. The people that buy in products for your guys rob the people from the actual price and retail it double in store !
Now this is what must be done . Close the store ,give customer service weekly to these pathetic employees you have.
