Sells Damaged Goods - Poor Service

<p>Cash Crusaders at Field Street - Durban Central - Worst experience ever, purchased a brand new Doogee X6 Pro, not even 7 days and the phone does not charge, contacted the store manager and she says I must come into the store and they will have it sorted out. Thereafter she refused to change the phone for another or book the phone in for repairs and give me a loan phone. She then gives me some cheap brand charger and says there the phone is now charging!!!! The cheap charger still has a play and seems very *****. I am not happy at all with this phone and want my refund or a brand new unit. This phone keeps switching off and restarting, and is very faulty. </p> <p> </p> <p>If I do not have this issue sorted out immediatly I will be taking the next step legal. </p> <p> </p>
