selling unworthy rubished goods

<p>on 4th of september bought a phone it did charge at first it was a second hand phone a week later took it back it dident want to charge any more they did not want me to return it and take another second hand phone they refused but it all starts by the buyer with management phones they buy only gets check if it works they do not check the inside where the batery is or the btery so they will buy any rubish phone as long as it cn charge for now and work a min long if you wnt to rturn it ad swop you get rfused but instead they send it off to get fix ja sure if this is the qwality they sell stuff for then cn inmagen what the fixing would be like ?any wy hd to buy an extra phone funny enough they dnt let you handle the phone before you py for it got home and identical the phone bouth from them have swolen btery it onlyworks when you have it on charge cnt tke it off the charger </p>
