Secondhand polishmachine

Husband bought secondhand polishmachine on 20/12/14 for R1500 at one of the Cash Crusaders branches in Belhar. Machine broke after a week, where we took it back the 28/12/14. After we contacted them back In January they send it to a local supplier, where they said it can't be fix. Then they send it to the Makita supplier, where they told them that the parts in the machine is not the original parts and that we broke the machine which is so far from the truth It took them 2 months to tell us that after how many phone calls I made. Why would we do that? Whoever sold the machine to them knew that they won't check it properly and knew that it won't last long, now they want to shift the blame to us and refusing to give our money bac. If this is the type of service they provide, I'll never buy anything there. Be warned customers when you buy goods and especially 2nd hand goods from them, they will probably blame you too, so that they don't have to refund you.
