Sea Point Cash Crusaders Violate the Consumer Protection Act
I purchased a brand new fan from your sea point branch, the item was not suitable for my house, so I returned it the next day only to find that they would not refund my money, and I could only swap it out.
This is totally in contravention of the Consumer Act, where there is a 5 day cooling off period. I want my money back, as there is nothing else I want to purchase in the store.
