******** customers

So, my first question is - why do you not message or phone customers when the items they pawned is about to expire?

second question - when people pawn stuff, why do they get so little and you sell for 100% profit?

Thirdly - here is the incident.

my friend needed cash and pawned his harddrives, his payment date was 15.11.2016 and he forgot. so he went in last night to pay. he was told that he had lost his harddrives and needed to lay buy it to get it back or they will sell it as it is now no longer his property. as far as i know you are not allowed to sell it for 14 days to give to the customer a chance to get his goods back, also you have to inform people.

this happened at N1 city branch. so with interest he owed R1255. not that they want him to lay buy his harddrives back, they want R1800. That is **************** and something about this has to be against the law. so i will not rest until i have helped him take this matter further. how you can sell his own stuff back to him at interest on top of interest and then profit!! he only got R1000 from you to begin with. the R255 was interest.
