I went to cash crusaders schubart for a buy back with my laptop on the 6th August 2020 and the contract required I pay back on the 4th September 2020. Exactly 7 days later after the buy back was initiated i went to collect my laptop, just after paying to get my laptop at the cashier, I was then told that my laptop has been mistakenly sold to someone else. Then they arrogantly suggested that they replace it with an almost similar make and when I went to check it, only to discover that the laptop had physical defects and I refused to take it and since then they never even bothered to contact me to reach an agreement on the way forward. Now I have been left behind with my school work. Now I am fed up with this cash crusader store. I since they are unable to replace it with similar laptop which is in a good condition, I want to be reimbursed so that I can urgently secure a new laptop because fault is on their side and they are not even remorseful for what the did.
