Bought a playstation 4 remote from cash crusaders in George on 27/03/2017, remote hardly used as i just bought it to be used when a friend visits, remote stopped working late the evening of Sunday 3 weeks later, I took the remote back to them the following day and they told me my cash back was only for 7 days and they need to send it away for repairs, the remote was returned to them from the repairers on 22/05 I received no sms or call from them, when i went in to enquire, they informed me that the repair was rejected because the device has been tampered with (attempted repair) and they can't assist me further. I bought the device "new" from them and would never be so stupid as to void my own warranty, fix the device or give me my refund. I don't recommend buying anything from them as I certainly never will again, poor customers service and a rip-off
