Sam Ntuli Branch Sold me Fridge that is not functioning

Very disappointed bought a double door fridge at the Sam Ntuli Branch and it's not functioning, even though I knew those are second hand but spending R5000 for something that in not functioning and the sales person told me that everything is in good order. All my food is rotten. I'm not advising anyone to buy in this stores. I reported it and unfortunately I cannot get any refund I have to choose something else. So disappointed and frustrated
