Rudely and Unprofesional treated by Tlhabane Square cash crusaders staff.

On the 29 January, I went to buy a laptop bag at Tlhabane Square Cash Crusaders. We were waiting outside as the shop was opening at 9:00, and by 9:10 we knocked at the door asking why they were not opening. Instead of the staff apologising, we were told that customers are not important. All of this was said in front of the managers, and there was no intervention from their side. Three members of the staff, without name badges, were abhorrent, rude, and confrontational. I was disrespected and degraded when I asked why they were not respecting customers and clients. I would like to get to the bottom of this issue as these was very unprofesional
