Rude staff no customer service

What a terrible experience I had with cash crusaders. Bought a brand new Dixon airfryer November 2024. Got a 12 months warranty with it. 6 months later it broke. Took it back to the store and i was immediately accused that i dropped the machine before he even knew what was wrong with it. He refused to even book it in so the technicians can have a look at it. He just kept saying i dropped it and they can't do anything. Emailed head office to complain and they never come back to you. Never again!!
