Rude manager, iPhone x bought on 20dec

My name is Obakeng and as I am writing this I am in the store returning a phone which I bought on 20 December 2024 and when I got home the phone was showing me flames... I bought it at sammy marks cash crusaders, the front camera is no longer working,when charging you have to balance the charger,it gives problems when you have to connect to Bluetooth,when connecting to WiFi you have to stand next to the device and when you move far away it disconnects. I had to drive a distance of an hour to get here, now they are telling me the way it has to go for repairs whereas it has guarantee for exchange. What kind of service is this? Now I'm asking to see the manager and she says she can't come to the front as she is busy, how can you give such an attitude to the customer? I am so ****ed, how can a manager talk like that instead of at least coming to the front to talk to me as I asked to talk to her. My number is ***, I didn't like the treatment at all. I am so amazed on how can a whole manager don't want to talk to a customer
