Rude Manager

On Saturday 19 August 2017 i purchased a cupboard at Cash Crusaders Rosettenville, 2 guys carried the cupboard to my bakkie, as they placed the cupboard on the tailgate of the bakkie they pushed the cupboard and broke it, if that's not enough they scratch the bakkie (which is brand new so bad) the manager then came outside and told me that it is not their responsibility to load furniture but the customers, and also adding that he takes no responsibility for any damage, i then claimed my money back as now the cupboard is broken. The money was given back, but the manager had no remorse, but rather had a sticking attitude and rood. This is bad service and behaviour, very disappointed.
