RUDE EMPLOYEES

I frequent Cash Crusaders Capital Centre, both selling & buying.

I went to buy a Jerry can on 06/05/2024 there was a blue one priced with a sticker of R249 and a red one priced on the shelf for R149, I took the red one as it was obviously cheaper.

While standing in the queue to pay a salesman approached me to assist and took me out of the queue back to the shelf saying he wants to see something. He then took both the red and blue cans and went to the back. He was in the back for almost 30mins and left me waiting with my pregnant wife.

The salesman came to the front of the store saying that the blue can was R149 & the red can was R249 and if there was any issues I can speak to a supervisor. I was taken to the buying office and spoke to a African male whom I know to be a buyer and that the supervisor/manager of that store is a female.

Instead of acknowledging that there was an error in the merchandising he was rude and obnoxious saying that I'm supposed to ask why the prices are different for the different Jerry cans.

Not only was he rude and arrogant to me but both the salesman and the so called supervisor were rude to my pregnant wife who only stated that if we saw it for that price why can't we pay that price which was R149 for the red jerry can. The salesman even ********** the price sticker of R249 from the blue jerry and squashed it while the in buying office.

I would like this dealt with as a matter of urgency as well as the two employees, this has caused immense distress to my wife and I yet we are frequent shoppers at the Cash Crusaders Capital Centre branch.
