****** OF MY MONEY FOR A COMPUTER I NEVER USED

I had bought a second hand computer at the promenade store in mitchells plain. I advised the consultant exactly what I was looking for. What he had advised was a bargain was not. I told him I want Windows 7 instead he gave me WINDOWS XP. I was not able to resume my business because the computer is old and was never touched by my IT to install a system. When I returned the computer to the store which I had not used they refused to give me back my full amount. The computer is in its same condition I had received it in. I failed to get my full refund because I bought it back a month later!!! 😠😡 I want my money back!!!
