I bought a phone from cash crusaders Kabega in Port Elizabeth from Honi Unathi ( Sales Person) on the 12-06-2019 for R1619,80 and I realised the phone had a problem was not making calls or receiving calls and was not recharging airtime. the phone was with me during school holidays and I had left PE and gone home in Alice when I came back I bought phone back to the store straight away the date was the - 16-07-209 - they kept the phone with them for about two weeks them called me in and adviced me that the phone had technical difficulties and that I had bought the phone back after a month and that I had to fix the phone myself I asked to sell it back and they said they ddnt want it now - I feel ****** and violated offended even. Please assist me in this matter as I would like them to fix the phone - they cant sell a phone with problems and not tell the customers that is wrong
