I bought an X Box 2 days before lock down R2000 it packed up 2 weeks into lock down. They took it on level 3 of the lock down as that is when they opened it has been with them for over a month now they come back saying they cannot fix it.. My R2000 is down the drain... I would not recommend buying from them
