<p>I bought an electrical extension cord from cash crusaders last year. The piece of junk they sold me gave in. I tried returning it in September. Their staff were rude and ********. They claimed that an electrical cord is not an electrical good. I told the idiot that I'm second year B.Sc student in physics and it is an electrical good. Moral of the story buy from reputable places like game and Makro where you won't have issues with returns. Their customer service department said they would get back to me in September but never did. I have since purchased another cord cheaper with a 2 year warranty from Game. Don't burn your money people shop elsewhere. I told them I would give them a negative Hello Peter review but they didn't seem to care.</p>
