Good morning.

I would like to inform you with a utterly stupid service received from one of your branches in Randburg 011 ********** Branch Manage Thembi Khumalo , I bought a Hand blender date 04.12.207 and in January stops working took it for testing first week of February and was advised they need to do a repair of which will take a week hence the repair department need to come and collect it, mean while I don't have a blender.

First of all advised I was advised I need to call first to find out if the blender is back or not, not them to reconsider calling back, they are so rude not customer focus and yet we paying for the service,last week I went I was told the blender still not arrived its 4 weeks now waiting. Today I called their offices was told the manage is out excuses I was advised I need to call after 15 mins, did that again call they literally drop the call on my ear how insulting ****en pathetic is that.I drove there again myself only being told their still waiting and not sure how long it will take ,I didn't even speak with the manager they don't have morals or apology from the manager nothing, THAT LADY SHE NEED TO FIRED.

I am really tired of this nonsense and bull**** I need my blender back hence they can't issue a refund

I need this sorted out immediately my number is ********** 208, before I escalate this further to your Area Manger
