Resufing a refund
I bought a second hand laptop within two days it started acting up,I sent it back requesting a refund they refused said no refund on second hand items,which is not what the receipt says and it is also against the law to refuse refund on product that doesn't meet consumer satisfaction.. they laptop is in their possession and refuse a refund..
