Requesting for a reward
This shop I advise people not to buy there no good customer service, they ****** me R 7000, they sold me a TV with a demage inside it so they didn't test it for me, later on when I got home I discovered that the TV has demaged I inside it but you can only see it when the TV is on. Now they don't want to refund me or to exchange it, it's so painful to just ****** R7000 just like that the money I worked so hard, Im so heart broken. I wish the government must do something to protect us against this. We are tired of this.. The manager is a white guy and he is so rude he said he doesn't want to speak with me. Guys I'm so drained please any help from the government or anybody willing to assist to get my R7000 back.
