Request for Refund/Resolution – Laptop Defective Within 24 Hours

I’m facing a serious issue. I bought a laptop yesterday at Randfontein Cash Crusaders and followed the salesperson’s instructions. When I got home, the laptop started acting up. Today they’re claiming it has physical damage, which doesn’t make sense because I didn’t cause anything. I left it at the store and told them I’ll report the matter to HelloPeter because I can’t just lose my R4000 in less than 24 hours. I’m really unhappy about this.
