I bought a Dixon smart TV yesterday at Cash Crusaders Secunda, the TV type I wanted was on the display so I told them I want that TV and then I went to pay for my TV license at post office. When I come back the TV was off and I didn't suspect anything because I was thinking that was the TV which was on the display but it wasn't the one which was on the display. I paid the TV and they packed it in a box but they didn't test it before packing,so when I got home the plugged it and I discovered the screen was affected but when the TV is off I couldn't see anything. I was so disappointed that I just lost my R 6700, I was so angry and so frustrated. I. Went back to the shop and the manager said they won't refund a damage. But I told him that TV was not oky or they damaged it during packing it and I asked him why you didn't do the test before handing it to me. I went to the police to report and we come with the police to the shop but said I must ho to court. So please I need help to get my refund. It's very painful just to buy a thing which is damaged and then you can't get a refund.
