Repair delays

Amp repair has taken two months while they said its gonna be 14 to 21 days to repair. They promised to call me when its repaired but I did not receive any call from them. I tried to follow up by calling them on this number *** but this number is ringing alone. I am getting furious because of this poor service. Mr Ndzamela
