Refusing to refund my money

Bought a tv end of February, tv was faulty , took it home , it showed strange lines , couldn’t even play channels it was Sabc I,2and only nothing else then took it back was told it’s damage d and due to my negligence, what kind of negligence could tha be , now they don’t want to pay my money back they say they have closed the query, I need them to prove how negligence I was , really they sold me a skoroko tv which couldn’t even be fixed do so much money that they don’t want to refund, so this are hooligans who takes advantage of ppl , how can they tell me I damaged the tv and they kept the same tv and my money , who knows may they fixed it and sold it , ppl needs to stay away from these tootsie s who takes advantage of pp l , never eve viewed the tv for a week
