Refused a service due to race

I got to Florida branch at 14:00 and stood on the queue for over 20 minutes only to be told my the Indian guy behind the counter (pawn/sell area) that the gentlemen infrom of me is the last one they'll attend to. My issue is that their working hours by the door shows as working until 17:00. The other issue I picked up was racial dsicrimination as there was a coloured lady infrom of me which they were cleary willing to help, it was only when she left when they informed us that they cut the queue with the gentleman infrom of me. Greatly dissapointed.
