Refusal to honour warranty

I bough an iPhone 12 Pro on 24 August 2024 from cash crusaders. The device was defective on the 18th December 2024 as it refused to work whilst it was not on a charger. I have been going back to them weekly to check my phone as they booked it in for repairs. On the 13th January I demanded my money back if the phone was not fixed, they told me to wait for friday as the credit note needs to be approved. Now they are claiming the device has a crack told them they are point black lying. I have reported them to consumer and ombudsman.

Stay far away from their iphones they are all defective I do not believe they are selling genuine iphones. I want my money back nothing else and andizuniyeka tuu sana niqhele ukwenza nilungelwe nifike kulast number apha kum.
