Refunds, return doesn't apply

I bought the product, second hand washing machine, I get home the product works unsatisfactory, I take it back since is still within 7 days. They refusing, telling me their going to order it for testing n its going to be fixed. When I bought it they refused to test it, saying there is no water n it stated that I can bring it within 7 days. You could see that in fact this Ppl sell the things that they dont work intentionally then when u come back they find excuses and when u call the manager he is defensively, arrogant and full of boss attitude... I want my money n as long as u have that kind of manager and reckless team one day u will pay lawsuit fees that is 15 years of your profits. It takes a bling of an eye to run down a good business.
