Refund problem (False marketing)

My name is Una Webber,

I brought a PS4 for my child that costed me R4500 by Cash crusaders in Bellville, and the lady I spoke to said it's working, just to discover it is broken every time he switch it on it shows that it's too hot and then it switch off, so we returned it to Cash crusaders and they said in 2 weeks they will get back to us and they still haven't. So I went in to ask and they said they don't have any feedback, so I decided that I don't want it, because they can't give me any feedback and they said they can't give me a refund and if they refund me they will only give half of the money and I struggled to get that money together for my son for his birthday as I am a single mother and wanted to surprise my child. They don't want to assist me with a full refund, as that is my money I paid in full.
