Really terrible service leaving me over R 300 in the red for nothing.

My experience yesterday was beyond terrible and I'm left in the red.

I've been looking for the PS3 Game Call of duty Black Ops 2 for a while. I finally find it at the Cash Crusaders Bel Air (Randburg) I Uber'ed to the store which would only cost me R 120 as i am in a wheelchair and can not drive. When i get there I was told they do have the game on their system but they can't find it. They proceeded to look for it and i was waiting for over 30 minutes. They then proceeded to tell me that they cannot find it. I didn't want to go home empty handed so i decided to purchase 2 other games which i had seen. I had to then wait another 20 minutes for them to find the cases of the games. They could not find the cases so i decided to leave as my Uber, with all the time spent there, was well over R 250 and still needed to get back.

Needless to say i spent over R 300 for nothing and I really am not impressed.
