Really going the extra mile

I phoned cash crusaders rosettenville to inquire about tablets. After the first two unanswered phone calls I gave it 10 min and phoned again, twice it was answered but got cut off. At this point I was completely livid and ready to give this person a piece of my mind! When I phoned again I finally got through to a lady by the name of mishka, unfortunately I took it out on her. She apologized immediately and took my number this made me upset again she explained that it was only a precaution incase my airtime ran out or if we got cut out. She was incredibly friendly and very helpful, she explained that I had actually gotten through to the office but that she would do her best to help me from there, she explained the different tablets they stock, their price ranges and their warranties. I was a lot calmer by the end of the call and look forward to picking up my sons tablet over the weekend, I do hope that she'll be there so I can thank her in person, your customer service is outstanding
