Really disappointed with Service

I'm not going to buy anything from Cash Crusaders again. I don't like complaining but my experience was not nice. I've invested allot in goods that I've bought throughout the years at the company and I'm very sad that I've been treated the way I've been treated. I've bought 2 second hand Samsung Watch 5s from the company at Vanderbijlpark Mall. They didn't want to give me a discount because apparently the watch has not been on the floor for to long although the one watch I've bought was more than the time they were stating. Note: this is a second hand product. I then bought 2 Phones in Potchefstroom. The manager there said he cannot give me discount on a demo unit because "It's a new product" but he can "Give me discount on a second hand product", exactly the opposite of what the other shop told me. Nice! And to top it they broke the seal of the "New Product" and their employee used the other phone's charger for themselves leaving me without a charger (The correct charger is a 66 watt charger). The manager borrowed me his charger (which doesn't work correctly btw) and will give the correct one on Thursday. I'm really disappointed with the customer service. Cash Crusaders are greedy and their employees use the products on display.
