Really? Consumables??????????????

<p>Bought a Soccer net set from Cash Crusaders Kimberley yesterday (26.05.2016). I went back to exchange it today, because I wanted a bigger one. I was informed by the cashier that I may not exchange it as it is a consumable.....</p> <p>I was very upset and wanted to talk to the salesperson, because I was never informed that I may not exchange the soccer set. He was on lunch. So I asked to talk to the manager, he only sent me a message via the cashier that they won't be exchanging the soccer set. I demanded to speak to the manager and he decided that he did not want to speak to me. I guess he is better than his customers and thinks that he might catch something if he came out of his office to talk to a unhappy customer. He then told the cashier to exchange the soccer set (probably just so that I can shut up and he don't have to deal with me.) Well thank you for exchanging the soccer set Mr Very Important store manager from Cash Crusaders.....don't worry you won't have to EVER talk to me, as I will no longer be a loyal customer at your store. (Oh by the way...please note that nowhere in store or on the till slip it states that toys are consumables or that toys will not be exchanged....)</p>
