Really bad service and no response

Brackenfell Really did not know they condon *****. I bought a generator from the branch at hand The generator blow my open view i Had to replace my open view decoder never the less within 24 hours i contacted them i was told the generator was as is but at the bach of the slip it states 24 hour return policy but had to ride up and down from retreat to brackenfell . On returning the item i told them there was R200-00 petrol in the generator i left the petrol in the generator for them to test , I asked if i could get my petrol back staff just took the generator to the back and ignored me and did the refund and kept my petrol well i guess this is how customers must be treated i managed to trach a manager down by the name Garth Thomas apparently had to attend a meeting i guess no foolow up or may be not interested i even had a electrician come out the generator was not pushing out what was advertised so shop is advertizing under false pretenses
