Good Day, <br> <br> I purchased a brand new car radio amplifier on the 20th of October. Two months down the line the amplifier packed up. Seeing as it was on a 12 month warranty i took in for repairs. i collected the amplifier on the 20th Jan 2015, i then went to have it installed. The amplifier worked for 10 mins and packed up again. I am extremely angry as it seems that Cash Crusaders is selling inferior products to us customers unapolegitically. I thought by purchasing an item brand new you dont have the headache of repairs. The other reason that i am so ****ed of is that each time i have the ampkifier reinstalled i pay R400 as i have to have professionalky done. I bought an entire matching sound system from cash crusaders and this is the payback i get. The branch itself can only tell me that they are going to send it in for repairs without an offer of a replacement ir temporary amp. <br> <br> Not amused and definately will be the last time i purchase anything from cash crusaders.
