Rather Stay Away from Purchasing 2nd. Computer

With all honesty this store has gone to the DOGS and being totally run down the drain especially when the new owner Is absent.The previous owner I took my hat off to,he always greated all the clients unlike the new owner.To get to the problem..I purchased a 2nd hand pc from the store 1,5 months ago and while moving rooms at home misplaced my receipt.I took my pc to the store on Sat 25/04/15 and was helped by Grant at first whom was the only one that truly seemed to care about the problem and wanted to assist,but the manager took over the complaint.First he was not willing to help then I asked him to please go back on the system to date of purchase and recall the receipt to verify and besides he was even the one which sold. Me the pc.We found the receipt on the system but he said he can't and won't be able to assist me as he needs my receipt to book the item in,I could not believe what I was hearing.He sold me the PC and even acknowledged it,they found the copy of the sale receipt but refuse to help me.Cash Crusaders Milnerton have disgusting client service and don't care attitude.They seem to be forgetting that we client happen to spend money there which in turn pays their salary
