R7500 for a phone I used only for 1 month, SCVMMERS!!!

I bought an iPhone 12 for R7500 at cash crusaders lakeside mall. I had that phone for only 1 month when the battery started to rise. They say they have a 6 month warranty for second hand goods but trust me they will try to find a way to not repair your phone with all they might because they don’t want to pay to fix your goods in actual fact. I had drop my phone the second day I had bought and it cracked at the back and has nothing to do with the battery raising but that’s all they focused on and if you search online this has been happening a lot to iPhone users in general so they shouldn’t sell high end goods when they know they will not maintain or afford to fix them. And the thing is that’s an external problem I did not it in for because warranty only covers internal damages but they used external issue that had nothing to do with the battery rising.

I knew they would come with an excuse, because even the day I came to book it in, the sales assistance tried to make it as if it dropping was the reason and tried they best to get me not to book. Cash crusaders are legit legal scvmmers period!!! Don’t go there, they happy to take your money but not living up to their own T’s & C’s. Cash Crusaders as a general is big SCVM!!! SCVMMERS THEY ARE. Avoid it at all cost!!. But I’m not done I’m taking this further even if it takes me a year to resolve this issue! R7500 for a phone I only used for one month, they are trash!!!! SCVMMERS!!! Whole co-operation is a ****!
