Quick to take money but NO after sales service

I purchased a Defy Tumble drier and a tablet on the Friday 29/05/15 at CC Sasolburg . I returned the tablet on the Monday morning 01/06/15 when the store opened. Saturday the tablet switched off for no reason . I put the tablet on charge and Sunday morning when I tried once more to switch it on the tablet came on but hade funny colors end stripes on the screen . I took the tablet back and the customer service was very poor to say in the least . I was told that the tablet would be booked in for repairs and that it will take3 - 4 Weeks . Today 22/06/15 I called again just to be told that the tablet was only booked for repairs on the 7th of May a week after I gave it in . And that there is noting to be done but wait because they have to see weather I have broken the tablet on purpose and if indeed they will repair it or not . CASH CRUSADERS WHERE IS YOUR CUSTEOMER SERVICE . You are quick to take my money but no after sales service and to suggest that I broke the tablet . I was not even that weekend at home I only returned to Sasolburg the Sunday afternoon. The service is very poor to say the least , I am very disappointed and will think twice to EVER spend my money at their stores .
