Quagga Store & pathetic service?

Yesterday went to cash crusaders-quagga center as I know they always have good stuff.was looking for a laptop back pack.went in,was greeted with a warm welcome.looked around in the shop till I got to the Isle that has the laptop backpacks.saw this beautiful one priced at R289.took it, checked it inside and outside and I was happy.a guy that works there comes to me just before making my way to the till.he says the price for that backpack is actually R500. I look at his name tag and it's written castro.i ask him why is it written R289 and he says maybe a customer shifted it and I ask him in all those backpacks that are there I can see the prices on the wall and there's NO price tag for R500(I took pictures for evidence). I asked for the manager and Castro said the manager went out&there's no one I can talk to.i decided to check other backpacks.on a different shelf I see the same backpack,about 6 of them in 1 places&all priced @ R299.i took one.there was this Castro guy AGAIN behind me telling me that the price I see there is also wrong.then I lost it.asked him a lot of questions that he he was stuttering and had no answers for me.false advertising is 1 thing I hate.the pathetic service I received from your store has made me realise that your store and your staff are unprofessional &that's said because I always buy a lot of things at Ur stores.especially that particular one at quagga.i want that backpack &I want it with the price I saw which was R289 and also R299 on the other shelf
