Promise and procedure not followed

I was contacted by Elijah from cash crusaders as they have promised but to my surprise he said they’ve given my notebook to my daughter which was a lie and later on they told me that no they gave it to do well but surprisingly the same Duelo stole it is that same jewel they gave it to and I asked them why end is a result when I got it in fact I had to cut to hunt him down until 5 o’clock late because he has already given the laptop to someone else but my question is why didn’t they give the laptop to me because now they do know that that person has ****** the laptop it doesn’t belong to him and another thing when I when I switch it on it wasn’t switching on the screen was blank and when I gave it to him everything was a okay so now that is the problem because if it would’ve been given to mistreat nothing like that would have happened because now I don’t know what happened between the Penrod they give to him on there on Saturday and the period I took it because it was four days in between so another thing they told me as they told me on the 24th that it was sold I asked them now where did it come from because it’s on the 24th of April and the last Saturday which was the sixth the 6th of May so everything is just a mess I I really don’t understand why is this happening can you take something from a ***** and when you are giving it back I’ll give it back to it have a where is you do know the owner and now it has been it has got a problem and I did report it to them so it’s still a bad treatment because how do they call that person the manager call him not call me so the way she has treated me it’s still the way she is treated me because really it’s just unfair now I must take it a to check what is it that is wrong with it with a notebook so it’s still a better service for me I just don’t understand it’s all lies and when I get hold of eat now I’m expressing this I must take it again to fix it because of the carelessness that is caused by cash crusaders I’m not happy at all I won’t lie but I’m happy that hello Peter at least has helped me

I want to know from cash Crusaders 1.why did you give my notebook book to Joel knowing now that he is not the owner and having had a complaint about it from me ? 2. It was said it’s sold on the 24th April but it’s given to Joel on the 6th May how is that possible? 3.Ive read that you take things check the condition and sell it if it’s in a good condition so my notebook doesn’t even switch on the screen is blank when switching on so how did you take it and I need the proof of it’s condition when taking it and when giving out ? 4. Elijah you said they gave the notebook to my daughter why did you lie? All this is a continuation of the bad service and same disrespect I was given by that lady manager . I don’t work on Wednesday trying to get my notebook and got it around 5h30pm because of this and now I again must fix it because I don’t know what he did to it in the 4days he had it
