POOR/SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day.

I would like to raise my concerns about the follow Cash Crusaders shop located in Upington.

I visited to shop many times to sell some of my goods. What I noticed is that the BUY department is extremely slow...and they do not look like the type of people that want to help anyone.

I have worked in place of customer service before so I know what customer service is supposed to look like. Do not get me wrong: I understand that Cash Crusaders must test everything to make sure that the product they are buying are working 100%.

All I am noticing is that they do not look like people who want to help customers....and they took very long to help ONE client.

This needs to be addressed as soon as possible. Otherwise I will be reported them on a regular basis.
