Poor services

My bro bought me a lenovo top of the range laptop for Christmas 2014. My laptop were having windows 8.1, wi-fi BT, CD/DVD rewriter, 1TB hard drive, 1.3GHZ etc. I took the laptop to cash/crusaders (c/c) in Kempton Park (April/May) to borrow money on it. C/C borrowed me R2000.00 on the laptop, although my brother bought it for R6999.00 at incredible connection.
