Poor service received from manager

The manager in Hartbee****rt is one of the most rude people Ive came across. Banning me from the store for simply standing my ground. He speaks to his employees like they are worthless, and that in front of customers, i have witnessed that before myself. You can confirm all of this with the employees. The manager is definitely not worth his position. Side note: all of the shop assistants are great and helpful, can’t say the same for the manager, at all.
