Poor service of Cash Crusaders Retail park in Montana

Late last year I think it was around November I bought a laptop at Cash Crusader Retail Park Montana and just within 6 months I returned the laptop because it wasn't charging I got there the manager who was in charge was so rude I asked for my money back they refused ohk cool....they said I opened the laptop at the back so if it's like that they won't assist me and I remember when I went to the shop to look for a laptop they told me that they need to fix the keypads because they are mixed up....so when I returned it they said they will get back to me within a week because their returns only comes on Fridays since I am still waiting for them to call me regarding my laptop I still have the slips....is this how business should be running
