poor service , no customer service at all.

on the 23 of march i went in to cash crusaders in uitenhage to purchase a new iron, i got there and saw they had a special . i purchased the iron and it was working. yesterday when i was preaparing my kids for school and wanted to iron their clothes the iron didnt switch on , i had to go borrow an iron from a friend of mine. after work i took the iron in to see what is wrong as the iron is not even a month old. <br> i got to the shop told them what happend and the lady said unfortunatly they have to send it for repairs, i asked what do i do in the mean time as now i do not have an iron . the lady said there is nothing she can do other than to send the iron for repairs , she then called the manager it is at this stage i got so angry as i was asking for more clarity on the issue this manager had no time for me as she was talking to me she was busy with other things , she clearly had no intrest in my query at all. she told me its either that or i go buy a new iron because there is nothing they can do for me , she was not even willing to hear me out or try to come up with ways they could assist me with. i then left the store so angry taking the number of their regional office , i called
